Home Manager in High Wycombe

Salary £40,000 – £42000 + bonuses

My client is seeking a strong and experienced nurse manager with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting position.

The ideal candidate will have managerial experience, mental health experience and good leadership skills.

You will be dynamic, sharp and hungry for a challenge with a strong personality.

This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This is for a 6 bedded residential service specialising in anging from ADHD, Autism, ASD, Bipolar, Downes Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy.

Duties will include;

Overall responsibility of the home
Staff management/appraisals/Training Care plans/reviews/meetings
Troubleshooting and improving the CQC report upon the next inspection

Desired Skills and Experience;

Preferably 2+ years of managerial experience
NVQ Level 4 or 5 Qualification (Desirable but not essential)
