PE Global is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager for a leading multi-national Pharmaceutical client based in High Wycombe (hybrid role).
This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our client's Consumer business. Shaping transformation within the Marketing Team, working alongside the wider digital and IT teams. Key activities will include developing appropriate customer journeys for key healthcare professional groups that make the best use of the channels available, and optimizing the content we share, with the aim of improving our impact in our customer engagement. The role will be business owner for out healthcare focused tech stack, leading data acquisition plans, delivering a media ecosystem modeling across professional, developing digital assets and metrics that will help develop and improve customer journeys.

Responsibilities:
• Digital and IT teams to align resource in sprints to ensure priority focused agile working
• Regional HCP Squad to activate workstreams where applicable for UK
• As business owner, transform the existing tech stack to deliver an improved and connected direct to HCP experience, with an agile MVP to scale approach – collaborating with IT to execute in sprints
• Partner with pharmacy channel team on B2B requirements
• Provide advice on how best to improve the customer experience for customers and content for digital channels
• Develop and optimize Media ecosystem across professional communications – drive programmatic modeling
• Actively analyze metrics and identify areas of opportunity to drive value.
• Data acquisition strategic lead
• Working with Business Intelligence colleagues and asset owner to monitor the performance of assets against agreed metrics and provide practical insights to asset owner.

Requirements:
• Educated to Degree Level
• Validated experience in an operational role running regular content updates and assisting marketing to develop content strategy
• Experience in developing digital landscape for pharmaceutical/FMCH brands is highly preferred.
• Optimally run pay-per-click and display advertising
