Athona are recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, based in High Wycombe.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a friendly Single Point of Access Team, providing outstanding OT methods to every service user.

Key duties:

To screen and manage all referrals from Step 2 to 4 within the Psychological Pathways in Buckinghamshire.
To access and have knowledge of a variety of databases to access information i.e. Care Notes and PC-MIS.
To convey often complex and sensitive information in a clear, reassuring and containing manner.
To ensure the referrals are allocated to the right Steps in liaison with the appropriate clinicians within the service.

Sills/experience needed:

Core mental health qualification.
Computer skills.
Knowledge and experience of Care Notes.
Experience in secondary mental health services.

37.5 hours per week: Mon – Fri, 9 – 5 shifts, consider part time and flexible working.
