Our client is seeking an experienced Social Media and Marketing Administrator to join them on a 6 month contract (potential to become permanent) to start ASAP.
Salary £22,000, working hours 9am – 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday.
Reporting to the Marketing and Events manager you will be providing support an all-social media platforms, duties to include:
* Uploading press releases and vacancies to the website
* Update and maintain the Events listing on the website with current bookings
* Update website with content from exhibitors
* Assist with Mailchimp mailings on a weekly basis
* Research into potential visitors
* Upload content to social media with support from Marketing and Events Manager
* Support with the social media plan publish posts
* Support in Paid for Facebook Advertising and boosting posts
* Maintain data, update records, support with new data entry and some data research (internet and phone calls)
* Manage bounce-backs and obtain new contact details
Experience required:
* Good and demonstrable experience with WordPress
* Good knowledge and ability to use MailChimp
* Good experience with ACT or any other CRM system
* Able to work independently
* Excellent time management
* Good telephone manner
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
