PPC Manager, High Wycombe, £40,000pa – £50,000pa plus benefits:
A global business with such an amazing history and presence within their industry is looking to recruit a PPC Manager. Having recently launched their new global B2B e-store platform for the distribution of their consumables, accessories and spare parts and the introduction of online services like trainings, remote support and software upgrades, they urgently need a PPC Manager to join their team, in order to grow their customer base and increase revenues.
This is an amazing opportunity for a PPC Manager to really own a new an exciting function within this global business.
The PPC Manager's duties:
Establish, set up and action the new pay-per-click strategy. Being able to identify best opportunities in the scientific B2B digital landscape and maximize them.
Planning & optimising campaigns across all paid search. Directly handle (without any agency support) all pay digital channels.
Analyse and when appropriate set up new indirect sales channels: marketplaces, affiliate networks
Manage online campaign planning and budget for e-commerce- delivering all the key online projects & campaigns to time and budget
Complete P/L responsibility for all PPC activities for the business. Capability of writing strong and effective ads for maximum CTR and conversion
Suggesting product improvements to meet conversion goals
Act as the key liaison between team functions (local and global, commercial, marketing and finance). Ensure the ecommerce team respond to the directorate priorities with proposals and activities that deliver against KPIs The successful PPC Manager will need the following experience:
Comfortable to work in autonomy, capable to establish and execute pay tools strategy
3+ years' experience managing PPC channels and budgets. Google Ads, social, indirect channels.
Experienced in optimising campaigns to a target CPA and volume
Understanding of audience targeting and how to use it effectively
Understanding of scripts and how to use them to improve ROI
Comfortable with keyword bidding both automated/ manually
Strong commercial acumen, highly numerate and analytical with a passion for analysis and the ability to turn the data into actions. You like reports and numbers but only when they help you to achieve your goals.
