Our client is currently embarking on a huge new digital transformation project and as such, we are recruiting for Online CX & CRO Manager to join the team.
As the Online CX & CRO Manager, you will be responsible for the online customer experience and customer journey.
Key responsibilities will include:
Analysis of platform metrics and shopping behaviour.
Management of our external testing partner.
Lead a culture of continuous improvement via regular testing and learning.
Develop, own and deliver the annual UX roadmap.
Work closely with the online development, IT, Merchandising and Trading teams.
Represent the online team to wider business stakeholders. About you:
You have a natural drive to improve and optimise UX and the feel of a site. As a CX and CRO expert you have a customer centric mindset, you can really put yourself in their place to further develop the site.
Detailed understanding of ecommerce and UX, with hands-on experience of merchandising, customer journeys and web analytics.
A/B testing experience highly essentialThis is a very exciting opportunity to join a well respected retailer as they embark upon their digital transformation programme.
Salary up to 60k DOE, plus great benefits with some flexible working available. You need to be able to travel to the office based in Amersham.
