A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced Marketing Manager ideally with experience of working in the B2B / engineering or manufacturing environment for an SME. The key aspect of the role is to strengthen brand awareness and industry presence.
The position will involve being responsible for marketing channel campaigns. Experience of managing branded products is essential.
Role and responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a fully integrated annual marketing calendar
• Create marketing plans around specific product groups
• Create marketing plans around specific customer types and channels
• Create case studies by working with stakeholders
• Create blog, social, video, brochure, and email content
• Website content and SEO
• Develop and create point of sale collateral
• Manage and maintain the marketing function of the CRM
• Arrange and deliver trade exhibitions, events, conferences
• Manage a small team
• Track, analyse and report on all marketing activity
Skills and experience:
* B2B & B2C Marketing experience
* Previous experience as a marketing manager
* Experience working in an SME manufacture
* Solid understanding of digital (SEO, SEM, CRO, CMS, PPC) eCommerce and traditional marketing tools
* Degree/CIM qualification or equivalent industry experience
* Highly organised and efficient and must be able to multi-task and prioritise
* Demonstrate superior copywriting, proofreading skills and have a good attention for detail
* Numerical and analytical and good time management
* Confident communicator to external stakeholders
