If you're an experienced Marketer who can lead from the front, this might be just the role for you.
The role is for a Marketing Manager with experience of working for an SME manufacturer that operates in the HVAC industry, ideally the individual will be from an engineering/building product-based environment. They will manage the channels of marketing into Architects, Contractors, Specifiers, Builders and Homeowners.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of the entire Marketing strategy, which will include managing the website and social media communication, running marketing campaigns and being responsible for creating engaging content. We want you to bring your wealth of experience and expertise to help us grow.
Key responsibilities:
Copywriting and content management
Marketing budgets and spend
Brand awareness and compliance
Data analytics
PR and corporate communication
Manage marketing team
Develop and manage a fully integrated annual marketing calendar
Create marketing plans around specific product groups, customer types and channels
Create case studies by working with stakeholders
Create blog, social, video, brochure, and email content
Website content and search engine optimisation
Develop and create point of sale collateral
Manage and maintain the marketing function of the CRM
Arrange and deliver trade exhibitions, events, conferences
Develop and maintain resources to include templates, brand guide lines, collateral, assets etc
Engagement with external stakeholders, agencies, media, customers, industry bodies

Essential Skills
B2B & B2C Marketing experience
Previous experience as a Marketing Manager
Experience working in an SME manufacture
Solid understanding of digital (SEO, SEM, CRO, CMS, PPC) eCommerce and traditional
marketing tools
Degree/CIM qualification or equivalent industry experience
Highly organised and efficient and must be able to multi-task and prioritise
Demonstrate superior copywriting, proofreading skills and have a good attention for detail
Numerical and analytical and good time management
Confident communicator to external stakeholdersAbout Company
