Marketing Manager – B2B – Technology in to Consumer

Bucking the trend, this business are going from strength to strength!
You will be responsible for acquisition through traditional B2B Marketing channels such as Marketing Communications, PR, Direct Marketing Campaigns and Trade Shows and Events. We’re also keen for someone to improve our digital offering through increased activities across Social Media platforms as well as assess our online capability from a functional, design and customer capture perspective.
There will be opportunity to progress to Head of, Director or CMO
Commutable Locations: High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Aylesbury, Tring, Uxbridge, Home Counties
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience plus large company benefits
What is the challenge?
We need the Marketing and Digital Manager to Development and Implement a robust B2B customer acquisition, we believe the day to day will incorporate the following types of challenges as well as offer you the opportunity of full autonomy outside of this:
•Trade Marketing Activities – Work closely with existing partners to build new incentives and encourage further revenues and closer partnerships
•Direct Marketing – Management of a historical CRM and full campaign management including the use of Hubspot
•Drive a compelling PR and Marketing Communications strategy across the UK Payments and Fintech market
•Bring together and assess detailed market data, insight and research to ensure our marketing is hitting the right areas as well as highlighting shifts in the market both organic and client activity
•Review our current Digital offering including our own website, mobile, its design, Customer Acquisition / Conversion activity.
•Work with product teams to ensure content is optimised and compelling
•Ensure all Digital Marketing, Traditional Marketing is aligned to optimise the customer journey and sales conversion process.
What you’ll need to execute the role successfully:-
•Experience of setting marketing and digital strategies
•Knowledge of the Payments Industry
•An understanding of the B2B technical market, ideally you will have experience in the payments or fintech space
•A commercial mind to ensure we are always ahead of the curve
•Experience of growing client and customer portfolio’s through marketing
•Experience of managing budgets to their full capacity
