EMEA Revenue Growth Management Lead required for a 4-month contract role with a leading multinational client based in High Wycombe.
Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate multiple market roll-outs in parallel and ensure tracking of impact generation through PPCA initiatives takes place
• Drive insights generation and enrich with cross-market learnings; leverage the data to make pro-active proposals for market consideration
• Help markets to shape commercially viable strategies driven by consumer insights and focused on driving joint value creation for the company, customer and consumer
• Support teams to move from plan to implementation by connecting with internal stakeholders and leveraging key processes to bring ideas to reality
• Coach local cross-functional PPCA teams on tools and PPCA approach and provide structured and dedicated PPCA capability sessions by coaching, mentoring and shadowing
• Coordinate, constantly improve, and distribute the PPCA playbook
• Keep the PPCA playbook alive by constantly adding relevant examples, learnings, etc. from the markets and distribute the latest and most up-to-date playbook into the markets
• Own the PPCA methodology, keep it evolving by reflecting new trends, data availability, market specific needs and demands
• Build RGM capabilities across EMEA and drive the RGM agenda forward
• Develop and deliver training materials to upskill teams within EMEA
Requirements
• Deep RGM and Commercial (Marketing/Sales) experience
• Minimum 8 years commercial experience (marketing / sales / RGM)
• Able to synthesis marketing and pricing information to create insights and actionable recommendations
• Ability to craft data-driven commercial sell-in plans
• Hands-on project delivery and leadership skills
• Able to lead face-to-face or virtual workshops (familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams required)
• Data expertise would be advantageous – Technical (functional) expertise and analytical expertise to perform non-automated analyses, develop new perspective and methods, as well as basic RGM analyses
• Specific knowledge of focus markets would be beneficial (UK, Germany, Russia, France, Spain, Italy and Middle East markets) but not essential. Must be open to developing strong knowledge of focus markets at start of each project.
• Fluent in English – other language skills would be advantageous
• Up to 50% travel may be required (although current travel restrictions require ability to operate in a virtual workshop environment)
