We are a leading Facilities Management and Transport service provider and currently recruiting for Digital Projects Assistant at 25 hours per week with a view to go to 40 as we grow. As a business we are significantly growing and focusing on our digital and IT content and systems. This role is currently 25 hours per week however, the company is experiencing significant growth and it is anticipated that the requirements of the role will increase to 40hrs per week during 2022. The desired candidate should be agile and willing to take on increasing hours as the company’s portfolio develops.
The role will be hybrid in terms of working location (office / home) depending on the correct candidate. The working hours whilst part time are flexible in terms of when those 25 hours are conducted, during “regular” business hours in coordination with the Digital Projects Manager.
Digital Projects Assistant Responsibilities:
• Working as part of the Business Development & Technical Operations Team you will be responsible for administering the digital projects throughout the business as directed by your line manager. This will include our Sasse Service App, digital projects, AI, robotics and web platforms. Your responsibilities will focus on the administration of the client portal keeping the Sasse Service App and other digital projects up to date with current and accurate data.
• As the digital project assistant, you will also be responsible for supporting the digital experience of our customers throughout the duration of our business relationship with them. This includes the upkeep of the system, implementing improvements and changes as directed by the Digital & IT Manager, and providing support and training to our employees on the use of the system.
• Excellent planning, analytical, written and communication skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks, whilst being self-motivated and critical of your own work will be essential. The successful candidate will have a positive, strategic and problem-solving attitude, towards tasks which they are set. It is a requirement of the role that applicants have previous experience working Digital IT & administration systems. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is also desirable.
• Within this role you will also support the Head of Business Development & the Digital & IT Manager in the delivery of new contracts both digitally and operationally which may include logistical planning and administration tasks to mobilise new contracts.
Digital Projects Assistant Requirements:
• To administer and support the Sasse Service App including data input for new customers, operatives, task management and auditing of our customer premises.
• Ensuring accurate data upkeep by removing aged, inactive data.
• To support the implementation of new digital projects in line with the companies vision to digitalise processes to become more agile and efficient.
• To administer the Sasse Service App dealing with day to day technical queries within the client service app which are raised by the management team.
• Support the Digital & IT Manager with the mobilisation of digital technologies to new contracts on successful award of new business. This will include attending customer premises to distribute & install digital technologies where required
• Responsible for the decommissioning, collecting, and shutting down of digital technologies associated with the business’s activities where they are no longer required.
• Provide regular updates to the Digital & IT Manager reporting on the progress of tasks and activities which you have been set.
