Digital Marketing Manager
£45 – 50K plus benefits
near High Wycombe, BuckinghamshireReporting to the MD, you'll be responsible for managing all brand communications through digital channels within this market-leading, quality-focused organisation based close to High Wycombe, Bucks.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the company's digital / online marketing strategy, objectives, tactics and budget to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels; from delivering standalone projects to integrated campaigns, developing brand presence and managing and maintaining the company portfolio of websites.
Using your knowledge and experience you'll review Google and campaign analytics, make digital amendments, improve SEO, implement the overall digital & online content strategy, including social media, email, PPC, content management and blogging.
You'll also review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver communication and marketing objectives and also be responsible for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the company website and for the promotion and growth of the company's web properties.
An essential responsibility will be to develop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors, conversion rates and decrease bounce rates to encourage wider reach, increased traffic, greater penetration of target populations and increase quality leads which then lead to conversions.
Candidate Requirements:
You'll be able to demonstrate the following:
Degree in Digital Media / Digital Marketing
Solid experience of website leadership or management in a similar digital role
Extensive and up-to-date technical knowledge of the full range of marketing services, including SEO, content marketing, on and off page optimisation, link building, conversion optimisation
Expert in user experience design and strategy
Expert understanding and application of expertise, authority and trust principles for website development
Expert in Google Analytics, Google algorithms, and Google AdWords, SEO & keyword research
Experience of HTML, CSS, of using CRAFT 3 and Expression Engine
Expert in development of User Accounts to achieve company goals
Expert understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, interpretation, and analysis to derive behavioural insights
Excellent analytical skills with understanding of how best to implement web analytics to inform on-going improvement to digital content, platforms and channels A blend of analytical and creative, with a strong eye for detail and ability to problem solve
