Are you a marketing graduate looking to kick start your career?

My client is looking to recruit a digital marketing executive to join their team.

You will be responsible for leading and managing the digital strategy both externally and internally. Duties include:

* Delivering a programme of internal communication and engagement for staff

* Building the brand using powerful narratives and digital innovation to drive growth and positive change.

* Managing Brand and Employee Change Management after 3rd party acquisitions

* Identify market trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

* Digital brand marketing including Social media (organic and paid) strategy, paid social activation, content strategy, community management, social listening, audience profiling, influencer marketing strategy, copywriting and delivering online brand campaigns which drive strong ROI

* Championing collaboration and integration to create team cultures that are inspiring, inclusive and results orientated.

* Leveraging creative skills, innovative thinking, collaborative approach with confident and hands-on leadership style to drive change within businesses.

* Successfully develop customer-centric and insight-led brand strategies and manage marketing and communication projects.

* Measure and report on the performance of all social media campaigns

Candidates must have an understanding of copywriting, graphic design, layout, and publishing, working knowledge of content management systems, HTML coding, & digital graphics and have familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing. You must have impeccable copywriting and copy-editing abilities and be a result-driven brand and communication leader, with an ability to balance strategic decisions and financial discipline.

Basic salary of between £20k-£25k per annum DOE plus company incentives, generous holiday allowance and pension contributions.
