Currently work from home – post pandemic working in High Wycombe c2 days per week

Responsible for building and delivering insightful data reporting, using inhouse and external tools. The role is to work within the Insight Team and support multiple clients through various reporting channels. Success in the role is being able to develop reporting themes for clients as well as being the hub of data integration across all of the related business services (sales, marketing, CRM).

Requirements – ideally you will need:

Relevant industry experience – telecoms or retail analytics would be good

Data Reporting experience – BI reporting

Good understanding of Digital Marketing processes – Email/Website performance measurement

Good understanding of CRM tools and data integration methods

Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills

Proven project management skills

Excellent Microsoft skills

Experience of collaborating across different teams
