Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist – Remote Working
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our roadmap in order to drive significant revenue growth on a newly launched eCommerce platform.
Utilising our various data sources, you will create and manage a comprehensive pipeline of bold testing hypotheses. These will be converted into A/B tests and personalisation experiences, to drive improvements across our ecommerce website and core business KPIs.
What success looks like:
* Clear recommendations from research: analytical skills and critical thinking used to identify, prioritise and communicate conversion barriers.
* Utilising the tools available to seek out and gather analytical insight, stakeholder inputs, customer feedback and translating these into test ideas that will uplift the user stories to benefit from our optimisation resources.
* Collaborative approach to solving conversion issues: key colleagues are consulted at all stages of the CRO process, with particular focus on effective ideation and design sessions.
* Comprehensive pipeline of bold ideas that ensure targets are hit or exceeded, increasing chances of delivering step-change improvements in conversion rate.
* Experiments are designed, executed and interpreted using robust statistical practices.
* Communication is consistently effective: strong relationships with key stakeholders established and built on trust; clear feedback about experiment performance and pipeline status is given regularly
* The successful candidate will be responsible for pushing the core business KPIs across the customer journeys and support the business in their efforts to create a data-driven decision culture.

Role summary: Summary: Using analytical data skills, and working closely with the web and marketing teams, you will implement tactics to encourage customers to move through the sales funnel to convert from a web visitor into a qualified lead.
Responsibilities and key tasks:
Working in collaboratively with colleagues from across the business you'll have full ownership and accountability for:
* Shaping and delivering the strategic CRO/Experiments roadmap
* Project managing the end-to-end CRO workflow
* Conducting user-centred research to uncover key conversion barriers along the whole marketing funnel
* Developing well-formed, evidence-driven problem statements and hypotheses
* Scheduling experiments
* Implementing bold experiments aimed at driving step changes in CVR
* Measuring, aligning and communicating the shifts and improvements from tests to key stakeholders, and the wider business
* Working closely with stakeholders in order to identify and prioritise testing opportunities
* Assisting in the creation of tests, through basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and jQuery / JavaScript
Qualifications and Experience:
Required
* A-Levels or equivalent
* Experience in the ideation, development, set up and running of digital experiments (A/B, MVT, Personalisation tests)
* Experience across a range of CRO research tools (Google Analytics, Mautic Analytics, HotJar, Content Square etc.)
* Minimum 2 years' direct experience building activity within an enterprise A/B testing & Personalisation platform (Adobe Target, Matomo, CrazyEgg, Kissmetrics etc.)
* Experience managing CRO pipelines for multiple clients/brands concurrently
