Time Served Sheet Metal Worker with a Flexible & Self-motivated working attitude. The applicant should be competent in the manufacture of Ductwork & Ventilation, The ability to work with heavier box sections would be an advantage also.

39 hours per week + overtime when required

Temp/Perm Position

* Time Served

* competent in the manufacture of canopies and ductwork

* Cutting bending and welding of products.

* Finishing and quality inspection

* Be able to work on bespoke orders from drawing phase to end finished product without supervision

* Have experience of working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

* Overtime is available

* Able to read and work to drawings

* Able to assist in other aspects of the manufacturing process

* Excellent work ethic and be willing to work overtime as required

* Ensure work is carried out to a high standard with good accuracy and attention to detail

* Read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Manufacture Steel fabrication using 1.00 to 3.00 mm material.

* Previous knowledge and use of a guillotine, CNC press brake, Notcher and other workshop machinery. Would be an advantage.

* Carry out aspects of metal polishing including buffing, graining of stainless steel and aluminium

* Experience of working on a shop floor environment, within sheet metal

* Must be flexible to meeting the production demands of the business

* Have the ability to work within a team.

* Pay attention to detail and quality.
