Offline CNC Programmer required for a well-established precision engineering firm based in the High Wycombe area. Our client specialise in manufacture of high quality components supplying markets within the manufacturing and aerospace industries.

Offline CNC Programmer Position Overview

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for programming 3 and 4 axis Haas Vertical Mills using PowerMill software. Other duties will include creating programs for a 5 axis CNC router which training will be provided on.

Other duties include:

Interpreting engineering drawings
Occasionally assisting with the setting of machinery when required
Assisting the rectification of technical issues
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Assist with the continuous improvement culture of the business

Offline CNC Programmer Position Requirements

Proven background within Offline CNC Programming
Proficient with CAM software such as AlphaCAM or PowerMill
Experience with CAD software is desirable
City and Guilds or similar qualifications within manufacturing or engineering
Based in a commutable distance of High Wycombe

Offline CNC Programmer Position Remuneration

Salary £38,000 to £48,000 (dependant on experience)
Monday to Thursday 07:00 – 16:00. Friday 07:00 – 13:00.
33 Days Holiday, including bank Holidays
