Job Title: Mechanical Technician
Job Type: Permanent
Location: High Wycombe
Annual Salary: £24-25K per annum
Hours: 37.5hours per week

Mechanical Technician required for a manufacturing company based in High Wycombe.

As a Mechanical Technician, you will be mechanically building sub-assemblies following engineering drawings and instructions. This is bench assembly work.

Previous Experience:

Must have previous experience of hands on Mechanical Assembly.
Assembling high value, low volume machines.
Must be competent in using various hand tools such as spanners, screw drivers, ratchet sets along with measuring equipment such as Verniers, Micrometers etc.
You will be doing bench assembly
Putting together of mechanical sub-assemblies to complete the unit build
Attention to detail is essential for this roleIdeal Candidate:

Ideal candidate would either have previously worked as a car mechanic or has previous experience of working with motors, gearboxes and hydraulics.Key Skills:

Ability to assemble complex systems
Competent in working with small parts and components
Must be able to work to engineering drawings and operating procedures
