We're looking for a talented Material Handler to work for our client in High Wycombe.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of inventory management or have experience in a warehouse or packing environment. Training will be given in using safe handling of material equipment.

If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for, even if you've got limited work experience but have recently graduated in a relevant or related field.

The Role:
As the Material Handler you will be primarily responsible for inventory management, software production and PC configuration.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
– Processing products, components and materials by safe handling, effective distribution and packing (small parcels), to all departments across the site whether to an end user or stock location
– Safe operation and certified use of material handling equipment i.E., reach trucks, overhead cranes, forklift truck, trolleys etc
– Accurate production of customer software for the dynamic business

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Material Handler role will have relevant experience of inventory management or have experience in a warehouse or packing environment. Training will be given in using safe handling of material equipment.

In addition, you'll need good communication skills, organised, reliable and computer literate.

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £18,500 per annum
Benefits: You'll also receive company's benefits with the role
Shift Timings : 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7:00-16:00, Friday 7:00- 13:00.

Due to the security associated with air freight shipments on behalf of the Civil Aviation Authority, the successful candidate will require additional pre-employment checks and a standard criminal records check (repeated every 5 years).
