This market leading business were established over 50 year ago, since then they have continued to grow year on year. This company design and manufacture a range of bespoke and niche products for large manufacturing business across the UK. They have an excellent reputation for operating at the highest standard. Due to continued expansion they are looking for an additional machine operator to join their team
In this role will be fully trained in this role from day 1, and work closely with the production team leader. You will be responsible for operating and managing a Vertical Band Saw/Vertical Band Knife machine. You will optimize the materials to be as efficient as possible and to avoid wastage, you will be ensuring the machines used are well maintained and are ran at full capacity.
The ideal candidate will natural hands on skills, good mathematical and organisation skills with the ability to read technical drawings.
The Role:
* Trainee Machine Operator (Vertical Band Saw/Vertical Band Knife)
* Full training provided
* Operating and managing machines producing bespoke products
* £20,000 – £23,000 + Full Training, Development, Progression, Overtime and Excellent Benefits
