Are you interested in joining a growing global manufacturing organisation? Are you ready to support an established International Operations Team? Have you got experience working in International Operations Coordinator role? Origin Global is currently looking for an International Operations Coordinator to support us on the outgoing of our freight for our International customer base worldwide and supporting the business on the import of materials from the EU.
What you will be doing:
Customer Service
Be the first point of contact for all Non-UK customers
Receiving and processing of customer quotes to orders on to in house systems. Prepare and outline proposals and agreements with key accounts
Be proactive with customer queries or complaints
Process and raise and/or remake spare part aftersales order, credit note requests when required
Attend weekly and monthly meeting with customers and other departmentsShipping
Manage outbound customer delivery schedule and liaise with selected delivery partners to secure booking validity and ship orders
Manage inbound deliveries from suppliers to ensure company supply chain keeps flowing and orders clear Customs quickly, efficiently without delay
Order and source crates for international road, air and LCL sea shipments
Complete Commercial Invoices to a high standard of accuracyCustoms
Process imports and export entries when required on CHIEF
Ensure inbound supplier declarations and paperwork are accurate prior to completing UK Import DeclarationsGeneral
Back up and support the International Operations department
Light Warehouse duties
Utilise forklifts as and when required

Who you are:
Have proven background in logistics and freight forwarding (Operational or Customer Service)
Minimum 3 years of experience in import and export customs entries including use of Customs software such as ASM GeMS/Sequoia or CONEX.
Be knowledgeable in customs procedures and incoterms.
Minimum 3 years of experience in air, road and sea shipping from start to finish
Be Forklift Trained
Have knowledge in Customs Practices and Procedures
Hold full UK Driving License
Be IT Literate and MS Office Proficient
