This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR Generalist with good knowledge of recruitment to join a global organisation on a permanent basis. This role is split between WFH and office based.
Client Details
Our client is a globally recognised manufacturing business. There is no production based in the UK, so the =workforce you would be responsible for is predominantly "white collar". This roles sits under the Head of HR for UK and Norway and will be first point of contact for 170 UK based employees. You will occasionally need to travel to site across the UK, including Nottingham and London.
Description
The HR Advisor- Generalist will be responsible for:
End to end recruitment at all sites across the UK
Acting as first point of contact for all HR related queries
Onboarding new starters and working on keeping engagement high throughout the joining period
Performing company inductions
Dealing with all UK employee relations mattersProfile
The HR Advisor- Generalist will have the following skills/ qualities:
Experience in a Generalist HR role
Ability to recruit for a variety of roles across several locations
A CIPD qualification is desirable
A hard working attitude
Desire to progress in your career
Ability to influence othersJob Offer
