My client in High Wycombe is looking for a forklift and warehouse operative.

**You must have a valid Bendi forklift licence to be considered for this role. **

Mon – Fri
£22,000 – £25,000 DOE

This is an interactive hands-on role and full training will be provided. You must be diligent and able to communicate effectively, record data where applicable and be flexible in your approach.

Ideally the successful candidate will have worked in a similar role within a warehouse environment, be flexible on duties and hours to suit the needs of the business. A current bendi forklift truck licence and a full valid driver's licence will also be an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

Loading and offloading trucks.
Sorting and replenishing picking locations and putting stock away and cycle counting.
Picking and packing orders.
Stock rotation.
Light Assembly work.
Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight may be required.
Pack goods for dispatch and ensure all packages contain the correct items and have the correct address.
To ensure correct recording of dispatches on documents and in the "carriers" book where applicable.
Possible deliveries using company vehicles.
Uphold high standards in job delivery with a conscientious and pro – active approach.
Follow health and safety instructions to ensure a safe working environment.
Use effective verbal and written communication skills to cooperate proficiently with colleagues and associates.
Keep work area tidy and safe at all times.
To assist on other sections of the warehouse as and when required.

Essential Requirements:

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be IT literate and proficient with MS Office
Must adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines for the use of equipment, and maintain a safe working environment
Forklift truck licence and relevant experience
Full valid driver's licence
