A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance analyst to join the Mergers and Acquisitions team for a FTSE listed business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a highly acquisitive business looking to gain valuable hands-on experience efficiently within a competitive and progressive environment.

Responsibilities:

Financial Modelling
Due diligence
Liaise with divisional stakeholders to develop and record opportunities
Assist with improving strategic targeting and build out pre-pipeline process
Assist with reporting on the pipeline via monthly board pack submissions
Develop business cases and high-level financial models for potential acquisitions alongside operational teams
Challenge and confirm synergies proposed by divisional teams
Understand high-level impacts on Group result
Review anti-trust risk and class test requirements
Assist with draft investment committee papers with divisional team support
Support negotiation of value with DCF model and market data available
Requirements:
ACA qualified or equivalent
