We are looking for technically minded individuals to join our Manufacturing department on either a permanent or fixed term basis. Having previous experience is a benefit, but not essential. If you have a keen eye for detail and willingness to learn then please apply today!

Our manufacturing facilities work on a two-shift rotating basis. Each employee will work one week on a morning shift followed by one week working an afternoon/evening shift, this will continue to rotate. The details of both shifts:

6am to 2.30pm
2.45pm to 11.15pmAll positions are based in our manufacturing facility in Sands Industrial Estate, High Wycombe.

What you will be doing:
Depending on the section and the work station,

Cutting Operator will handle profile from storage stillages, either manually or using a forklift and place it on the saws beds, or use the router.
Preparation Operator will take profile from CNC area and process through fitting toe heel plates, cleats, crimping, inserting threads, fitting external gasket, and fitting shoot bolts. Once complete and sure that all details are correct pass the door to Assembling Area.
Assembly Operator will build up the door sets, fit and jig hinges, fit handles, locks, Seals, beads, slam, rebate, etc. Also, will ensure that all details done so far are correct to prevent unnecessary cost.
Pre-Delivery Operator will clean all doors included in a door set and get components box and jambs related to it finished. If for any reason doors or jambs are not good enough to leave the company he clearly marks that issue to be fixed or product to be remade.
