We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a rowing Administration team. This role will provide excellent and proactive administration for the senior leadership team of Origin, specifically the Finance Director & Operations Director. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing business.
What you will be doing
Diary Management – set up and attend meetings as and when requested
Taking minutes and noting actions from meetings to ensure these are followed up
Ad hoc inbox management
Facilitate and arrange internal and external meetings
Support and assist directors on new and current projects including, pre-research and fact finding
Proactively providing support to support directors strategic and operational vision of Origin
Preparing monthly reports including the collation of information from Directors for Head of Department reports and Board Packs
Provide support for the US board meetings – set up and attending of meetings whilst recording minutes and following up on actions
Reviews – ensuring these have been set up for the directors and information recorded
Maintain an understanding of the company's insurance and property portfolio

Who you are
At least two years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced changing environment, including managing complex and heavy diaries
Qualified to at least A level standard or equivalent in business studies, this is not essential but desirable
High level of proficiency with IT, using Microsoft Office applications and Outlook (experience using Teams desirable)
Be highly proactive, demonstrate initiative and be prepared to go the extra mile
Must have a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
