Origin are looking for a Sales Operations Executive within the New Business team to provide first class customer service relationship support, with a focus on quick response times to calls and general enquiries from new business partners.
In this role, you will provide a high level of partner management & account set up tasks involving interdepartmental communications. Using an Origin tailored lead system, the New Business Executive will be required to provide a high level of engagement for new partners, qualifying their future potential and supporting all aspects of welcoming them into the Origin partner family, to ensure they have the tools to succeed. You will also have responsibility for showroom and sample support to all Origin partners and general public as required.
Key Responsibilities of the New Business Executive includes, but is not limited to:
Respond to new business leads via phone and e-mail.
Prepare account application forms and work with partner to validate these.
Point of contact for application status & feedback.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of applications.
Present (on-line) or arrange new partner training sessions.
Ongoing customer support of bespoke on-line quoting and ordering system (OSS).
Sample Management for all partners & general public enquiries.
Use relevant IT systems to manage and update all customers information when required.
Present accurate & professional guidance to customers during showroom visits if required (virtual due to current COVID guidelines).
Answer customer queries promptly in a professional manner.
Back-up support for orders/quotes during peak periods.
Adopt a continuous improvement approach and forward thinking attitude.
Keep up to date with Origin's product and service offering.
General administrative duties required for everyday operation.
Carrying out other duties & ad hoc projects as directed by the job.What you will have:

Ability to work under own initiative.
Experience of working in a shared mailbox environment would be advantageous.
A flexible and positive work ethic.
