Are you a talented Assembly Team Leader?

Can you demonstrate that you have experience of working in a manufacturing setting?

The Role:

In the Assembly Team Leader role you'll report to the Production Manager and will be primarily responsible for management of a skilled team producing high performance sensors on PCB components.

Specifically you'll be tasked with leading a team, giving trainings in fine PCB soldering, preparing reports and ensuring health and safety of all team members.

The Candidate:

To be considered for the Assembly Team Leader you will need to possess experience in advanced fine soldering, capable of working to 0402 SMD, IPC-A-610.

You must have experience in Electronics testing using Oscilloscopes, multimeter and other test equipment.

We also need you to have prior experience in using MRP/ERP

It's also essential that you've got experience of Reading technical drawings.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

– Good communication skills

– Excellent Team leader skills

-Competent in using MS word and excel

We need you to be able to work autonomously whilst being a productive member of a team and reliable.
