Senior Project Manager (Business Workstream Lead)
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum according to skills
12-month fixed term contract, Full Time (Contract may be extended)
37 hours per week Monday – Friday
Closing Date: Monday 31st May, 2021
As the Business Workstream Lead, this role will contribute to the delivery of a major transformation programme for our client. To work with other workstream leads to construct the overall programme plan. Demonstrating the right balance of project management, business understanding, stakeholder engagement skills and managing through business transformation experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join and strengthen their portfolio and programmes team. Proactively take responsibility for providing key project and programme management services on a significant business transformation programme to augment and improve their business processes through ERP implementation.
To be successful in this post you must have:

Bachelor's degree in business studies, computer science or a related study OR equivalent experience
*
Formal project management qualification and robust knowledge of Microsoft Project
*
Demonstrable experience with project and team management in complex environment
*
A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines. A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
*
Experience of working across the entire business at enterprise level, as opposed to working on individual projects or programmes
*
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
*
Experience of supporting and managing change effectively
*
Thorough knowledge of process and system design, implementation and operation as well as benefits management experience
*
Strong project management experience aligned to business change / business process change / business process re-engineering / business process modelling
*
Use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to challenge, coordinate, collaborate and ultimately drive aspirational needs
*
Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
