PE Global is currently recruiting a Project Manager for a 6-month contract role with a leading multinational pharma client based in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities
• Leads Commercial Operations to oversee the administrative and operational functions of the business, ensuring excellence in the execution of our plans to Customers (internal & external) and Consumers.
• Supports the execution of the Company’s strategy by focusing on the implementation of those initiatives that simplify core business processes (SOP’s) within the business and drive growth. Priority focus areas:
• Operational Efficiency, effective Supply & Demand
• PO Management
• NPD Execution/Commercialization
• Business Planning Process (financial, commercial & supply integration)

• Champions process improvement and process deployment across the Northern Europe Cluster.
• Reports to senior management team.

Requirements
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Project Management/PMO.
• Experience of managing and controlling diverse business operations.
• Commercial Acumen & Financial understanding.
• Effectively manage, lead, and supervise a multidisciplinary team.
• Delivery of process improvement and simplification.
• Delivering change programmes.
