Our client is seeking an experienced individual who has exposure of carrying out everyday inspections on new build properties. You will be servicing all new build properties within the defect period.

Working as part of a team under the direction of the Repairs Coordinator. You must have a can-do attitude and will be able to find solutions rather than problems.

Company van will be supplied with a fuel card, so a full UK driving licence is a must.

Working Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week – you will be working within a designated area.

Duties include:

* Patch repairs

* Mastic

* Joinery skills

* Door hanging and installation of external doors

* Painting and decorating

No electrical or plumbing work involved.
