Well Being Coach – High Wycombe £20-22k

I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in High Wycombe for a leading leisure operator in the Health & Fitness sector. An incredible opportunity has now opened within one of the fastest growing 24 hour fitness chains. As a fitness Instructor you are responsible for undertaking individual and group fitness inductions, providing programmes and guidance, whilst maintaining Health & Safety and cleanliness standards within the gym.

The successful candidate will be qualified to (a minimum) Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing. They will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of enthusiasm and commitment and have experience of dealing with the public. If candidates have a Level 3 qualification, there is opportunity to supplement their income with Personal Training.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused with a passion for health and fitness as well as providing a high level of service whilst encouraging and supporting members on their fitness journey. They will have the ability to speak to prospective new members and tour them around the facility and deal with new enquiries.

We are looking to recruit a motivated, dynamic and energetic fitness instructor seeking a role working with people to increase their health, wellbeing, and fitness levels.

We are looking to speak to ambitious candidates who are looking to work for a company with excellent progression opportunities. Ideally, you will have experience of working in the leisure, hospitality or leisure industry. However, we would be more than happy to consider candidates with significant experience from other customer facing industries, who are fitness qualified.
