Commercial Property Lawyer sought within an established Buckinghamshire practice on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor or legal executive to join a specialist commercial property team in the firms High Wycombe office. Reporting directly to the head of department, the successful lawyer will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision, maintaining the firm’s excellence for client care and service. Additionally, you will play an active role in the continued success of the team.

Estate development
Lease granting and renewals
Commercial mortgages
Licenses
Conditional contracts
Liaising with clients and external professionals
Building client relationships
The Candidate

Qualified solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
Technically proficient in a broad range of commercial property matters
Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language 
Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
Is professional, self-motivated and client focused
Works well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
Has a desire for professional development
