Employment Lawyer

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Employment Lawyer to join our client, a Top 250 law firm based in High Wycombe.

The successful Employment Lawyer will be responsible for:

Performing fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm's quality and risk management procedures.
Ensure proper control of work in progress, billing and cash collection
Maintaining and nurturing an appropriate network of contacts and referrers and endeavour to promote the firm in their professional and personal lives.
Travel to other offices and client sites when required

The Employment Lawyer will have:

Experience as an Employment Lawyer
Strong knowledge of advising employers
Experience with handling fast paced and highly demanding medium to large corporate clients
Counselling plus non contentious experience essential.
Technical expertise and knowledge including TUPE, restructures, employee relations, changing terms and conditions, IR35 etc.
