A top 250 law firm in the heart of High Wycombe require a solicitor to join their corporate team.
The successful Corporate Solicitor will be 4+PQE and will have a good level of corporate experience across a range of work, including M&A, JVs, restructures, private equity and venture capital and be experienced in handling fast paced and highly demanding clients. As well as the:

Ability to work closely with the Partner in Charge of the team, handle both their own case load, and have exposure to Partner’s transactions from time to time.
Ability to negotiate.
In their personal fee earning work billings in accordance with set targets, other than where exceptional circumstances apply.
Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s quality and risk management procedures.
Be effective in developing new work from existing clients and seek new clients for themselves and others. Will develop and support marketing initiatives.
Maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts and referrers and endeavour to promote the firm in their professional and personal lives.Apply now for more details
