A well-established law firm based in Buckinghamshire is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their team of ten staff. Recognised throughout the Home Counties and Thames Valley regions, they are one of the leading providers of high quality legal services in both corporate and private clients across all their offices.

The Corporate Solicitor will be working on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructures, private equity and venture capital.

As well as handling your own caseload, you will have the ability to work closely with the Partner in Charge of the team handling their own caseload.

Applications are welcome from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience from well-established departments.
