Process and Systems Manager
Salary: £44,000 per annum
High Wycombe / Beaconsfield area – working from home currently
Immediate start
Full Time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Are you experienced Team Leader / Manager in Process and Systems improvement?
Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Process and Systems Manager to join them on a full time basis. You will support the Development Department in articulating and embedding their processes, procedures and activities through the establishment of robust systems and form an on-going culture of continuous improvement.
Job requirements:
*
Manage a process of continuous improvement across Departmental systems and processes
*
Drive a change management culture by challenging and, where appropriate, replacing established processes, procedures and systems
*
Manage the design, development, testing and overall implementation of changes
What our client looking for:
*
Thorough knowledge of process and system design, implementation and operation
*
Experience of and qualifications in using business analysis and process improvement tools and techniques e.g. six sigma, lean management, total quality management
*
Experience of collating, analysing and reporting Management Information
*
Previous experience of leading systems implementation, assessment, and upgrades
*
Be a good people-person, with the ability to lead and drive the implementation of improvement and change
*
Ideally previous experience of working within the Housing and/or Property Development sectors
