Concept Resourcing are currently working with a market leading organisation to recruit an IT Service Desk Manager to join their growing IT operations. We are looking for someone with previous experience leading and mentoring a team, and being the focal point of customer relations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with a global presence currently experiencing rapid growth, working in a fast paced environment.
Salary – £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + package
Location – Hybrid working, 3 days in the office
The Role
Oversee the running of the service desk operations – managing and prioritising requests, incidents, and issues
Responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure, Cloud platforms, and software
Manage the performance of the service desk and analysts, and ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
Develop relationships with key accounts and customers
Train, coach, and mentor 1st – 3rd line analysts
Hold regular team meetings and 1 to 1s
What We're Looking For
Previous experience managing a medium-large scale service desk
Proven track record of training and mentoring analysts
Experience and understanding of technical issues regarding IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, or print services
Experience driving business improvement and change management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
