In this role you will be solely responsible for delivering their revamped IT Service Desk and its future roadmap, bringing the business completely up to date and ultimately driving the business forward in a new, digital way. Playing a key role over the decision making in terms of IT Service Desk Support, processes and implementation, this is a vital role for the social enterprise and it's overall future success.

The ideal Service Delivery Manager will have prior experience implementing digital IT Support infrastructure and its processes. Have clear vision and be able to communicate well with technical and non-technical staff in order to keep the IT Support standards at the highest possible level.

ITIL {Or similar} Qualified
Good knowledge of service desk methodologies.
Excellent Management and team leadership skills.
