IT Network Manager – IT Manager – High Wycombe – £30,000 – £40,000 Plus great benefits!!

Networking – Windows Server – Office 365 – Infrastructure Support – Team management

Our client is going through a period of transformation, they are looking for an IT Manager / Network Manager to be responsible for the IT Infrastructure and Systems as well as managing a small team of IT Engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Infrastructure Support, IT Networking and People Management.

Reporting to the IT Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing projects to ensure the continuous delivery of IT services through interaction with senior management and end users. The successful candidate will also be involved in working alongside the Director in investigating new and emerging technologies that have the potential to improve the effectiveness and functionality of the IT Infrastructure.

Key skills:
** Windows Server (Apply online only)
** Management / leadership qualities
** Hyper-V or VMWare
** Network Switches
** Exchange / Office 365
** Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VLANS
** Strong understanding of troubleshooting
** Strong Communication skills
