IT Help Desk Support

Our client is one the UK’s leading telecommunications specialists and they are looking for hard working and highly organised individuals, who have a minimum of 1 years IT Help Desk Support experience and excellent communication skills to work as part of their busy team.

About the role:

In this role you will be offering internal and external IT support and helping to resolve all business and customer IT related issues in a professional, efficient and concise manner.

Essential Candidate Skills:

* Minimum 1 years experience working in a Desktop Support Environment

* Highly skilled with Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 8, 8.1, 10 & Mac)

* Highly Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications

* Basic skills with Windows Server operating Systems

* Basic Networking knowledge

* Basic experience with various internet connectivity mediums (ADSL, Fibre, Microwave)

* Basic experience with Enterprise Antivirus packages

* Basic backup management experience
