IT Field Engineer required for my client based near High Wycombe for a permanent role, salary £24-26K

My client are seeking a talented and versatile Technical Support Engineer to work out in the field to support their customers.

You will stem from either an MSP background, or will have worked in the education sector ideally.

The role is approximately 60-70% out in the field, and around 30-40% in the office / from home dependent on business requirement.

You will need to drive and have your own vehicle and will be reimbursed for all mileage at 35p/m.

Client sites are generally very local, usually within a 30 minute drive, occasionally up to an hour away.

Whilst out on site you will be providing general IT support and also project work. Whilst in the office, you will man the helpdesk and provide remote support, and also configure devices ready to be set up on customer sites.

Skills required:

· Windows 7-10

· Server 08-19

· Office365

· General understanding of Networking – TCP/IP / DNS / DHCP etc.

Desirable:

· Azure

· Hyper-V

You will need to eligible to pass an Enhanced DBS check
