Infrastructure Engineer
High Wycombe
£45,000 to £50,000 + Full Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a thriving organisation in High Wycombe, to manage, monitor and maintain the IT Infrastructure and platforms.

As the Infrastructure Engineer, reporting into the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing:

Configuring Cisco 1000 series Firewalls (routing, NAT, firewall rules etc)
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server
Installation and configuration of Hyper-V Server
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Linux operating systems
Manage and monitor the backup of all data
Maintain a Network Map and other security information required for PCI compliance
Maintain and manage our VOIP phone system
Maintain and Manage Mail Server
Maintain and Manage Name Servers
Manage support engineers

Must be able to use own initiative and prioritise

Microsoft Server OS, Microsoft SQL Server, My SQL, Linux, Cisco ASDM, Webroot, BitDefender
Network Protocols: DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS
Email Protocols: SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR
Security Protocols: SSL, TLS
