Digital portfolio operations lead required for a 12-month contract role with a leading multinational client based in High Wycombe (Outside IR35).

Responsibilities
• Embed and operationalise the portfolio management process across the CDS and organisation
• Lifecycle management of the CDS projects with the right Governance structure & guardrails
• Manage the project portfolio to deliver against the CDS roadmap in a co-create mode with ESO teams and Opcos
• Maintain visibility over innovation portfolio at local & EMEA level, and work with operational excellence lead to build and maintain a common framework and guardrails for digital solutions across the region
• Portfolio updates and cross functional reviews
• Manage IDAP cycles BP / BVP, but also build on this existing process
• To us identify how we can increase value across the value chain, identifying value pools
• Harmonize the way brands approach value creation from digital perspective.
• Support to put in place EMEA strategic and operational dashboard, integrating solutions analytics with strategic portfolio management processes

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience in digital strategy and business strategy is essential.
• Experience working in digital innovation, digital health and multi-channel.
• Experience working with EMEA is desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of multi-channel marketing and marketing strategy.
