Salary £45-50k

Avanti are working with a company who are based near High Wycombe. There are plans to open an office in Paddington, and there are options for employees to work in either office or remotely some of the time. For the foreseeable future you would need to be in the office near High Wycombe once per week (or more if you prefer),

The company have a startup mentality so it is an exciting time for everyone on board as they grow. Fortunately they are a spin-off/subdivision of a larger company so there is not the risk that a lot of startups have. Turnover this year is over 4 million, and growing.

The tech is around C#, MVC and heavily uses Azure and other cloud based technologies, mostly around messaging. They will pay for certifications and will send you off to .Net conferences/meetups. They understand people want to push themselves and grow so they encourage training and support where possible.
