Our client who are a leading business communications expert are seeking the skills and experience of a Business Analyst to join their exciting team based in High Wycombe. Due to COVID-19 this role will be fully remote to start.

The role:

As a Business Analyst, you will be working directly with the global client base, providing world class business analysis. This exciting role will offer you the opportunity to work closely with clients and key stakeholders supporting their aspiration to deliver quality automated customer engagement frameworks.

You will act as the principle technical interface between the customer and software development teams. Day to day you will be required to:

* Develop a solution strategy and roadmap

* Lead business and technical workshops to elicit customer requirements

* Supporting commercial teams during technical pre-sales discussions

* Align business requirements with visual aids – (Wireframes, UML / BPMN modelling)

* Ability to document technical functions, their relationship to product features, and how those features solve business problems.

The must haves:

* A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a customer facing Business Analyst role

* Strong analysis experience in a full software development lifecycle / SDLC technology environment (Agile and/or Waterfall)

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* The competence to employ a variety of business analysis techniques and skills to effectively elicit customer requirements and needs

* Confident working as part of a geographically distributed team, ensuring the technical solution is understood by all functions and changes are effectively defined

* A team player who is willing to share expertise with colleagues

* Experience in technology or communications industry

* Rigorous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and able to work to tight deadlines

* Strong business acumen
