2nd Line Field Engineer
Location – Oxfordshire/Bucks/Berkshire
Salary – up to £32,000 per annum plus car allowance

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 2nd Line support to join a rapidly growing IT Services and Solutions business based in the Midlands.

This position will form a key part of the IT Support team, working with a fantastic team of individuals and giving you exposure to leading server and networking technologies.

Further responsibilities within the role will include;

* Provision of IT support for incoming IT related issues, supporting external customers IT infrastructures.

* Troubleshooting and resolving IT related problems on software and hardware, Servers, Firewalls, Routers, and associated network technologies

* Provide advanced support on Office, Windows Server, Active Directory, O365 & Win10 liaising with suppliers where necessary.

* Provide a single point of contact for customers, taking the support issue from initial telephone call to point of resolution

* Provide assistance with project work across Cloud & Hardware technologies.

* Providing telephone, remote desktop services and external site support

* Provide an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers

Experience required;

* A proven background in IT support, having strong 2nd line experience

* Experience working for an IT Services Provider/MSP

* Experience supporting and administering Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory (inc. Group Policy), Firewalls, Backup and DR solutions and General Networking

* Full UK driving licence

* Applicable accreditations would be advantageous
