Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you thrive on providing excellent customer service and support? We have the perfect opportunity for a fluent German speaker with either 1st or 2nd Line IT support experience to join our client’s organisation and their expanding helpdesk based in High Wycombe.
The right candidate will be a team player who is technically minded, the type of person who values the customer experience as being as important as fixing the problem in the first place, and keen to use their languages within their role.
The candidate should have:
* Fluency in both English and German
* Technical support experience within an IT environment OR;
* 2nd line support on retail store systems and peripheral equipment – hardware and software or POS software.
* Ideally, experience of retail payment systems, chip and pin units, contactless
* Technical experience including MS Windows XP/7, MS Office, printer setup & configuration
* Basic network support experience, TCP/IP, wifi, LAN, WAN, PC, laptop
* Engaging communication skills with the ability to make decisions/ act on own initiative
