K&D have a fantastic opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join a forward thinking leading company.
Do you have proven IT remote support experience?
Are you proficient with Windows Desktop Operating Systems?
Do you have basic networking knowledge?
If yes, we may have the role for you !!
You will be part be part of a growing team within a dynamic forward thinking company. As 1st Line Support your responsibilities will include remote IT Telephone Support for customers and remote assistance to end users covering hardware and operating system usage. You will be providing remote support using industry accepted remote support software. You will be responsible for logging all customer queries and updating the existing tickets whilst also meeting company SLA's. You may also be supporting their customers with IT maintenance.
