Our client is a well-known recognised name across the UK high streets. They are all about delivering the best in customer service within their venues, which offer the best in entertainment and adult gaming. They are now looking for an experienced General/Venue Manager to lead their site in High Wycombe.

In this multi-faceted role, you will be managing all areas of the business, ensuring that the site is compliant with all health and safety and legal requirements. You will be present on the floor, being the brand ambassador, ensuring that your team are delivering the highest level of customer service, which sees your customer return time and time again!

The Ideal Candidate:

We are wanting to hear from you if you have previous management experience in a customer facing role alongside a can-do, customer focused attitude. Due to the industry candidates will need to undergo a Basic DBS check as part of this role.

Target & sales driven
Experienced in a People Management capacity, ideally in a customer-facing role
Well presented & professional
IT literate
Customer orientated
